Upon order acceptance, payment in full is required for all items. For custom printed items, full payment is mandatory before dispatch.
Once design visuals are confirmed, we are unable to accept returned orders with design faults.
We rely on Stripe as our secure payment platform for all transactions, ensuring top-notch security for our customers' peace of mind.
In the event that a product is mistakenly marked out of stock due to an error in our system, our Customer Service team will promptly reach out to you. We'll explore if there's an alternative item you'd like or provide a full refund for the unavailable item(s).
Due to the fluctuating nature of shipping costs, if the actual shipping expense exceeds the initially quoted amount, we'll reach out to you. We reserve the right to apply additional postage charges in such instances. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been posted.
On International shipping, you, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties and local taxes imposed by the destination country. You may need to make payments to release your order from customs upon its arrival.
Returns:
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products. You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to return or exchange items. Please note that sale items are non-returnable.
International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs using their preferred carrier when initiating returns to the above address. Podium Swimwear will not assume responsibility for any duties or taxes associated with returned items. If items are held by couriers awaiting payment, they will be stored at an external location inaccessible to Podium Swimwear. Returns shipped with prepaid taxes and duties will be accepted and processed under normal procedures.

We will inspect your returns upon receipt and your refund will be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
